For the Base Rate, tuition is due in full on July 1, 2019. Under the Two-Payment Plan, half of the total tuition is due July 1, 2019 with the balance due on January 1, 2020. Under the 10-Month Payment Plan, monthly tuition payments must be received in the Business Office by the first day of the month beginning August 1, 2019 through May 1, 2020. There will be a $30 fee charged for accounts for a returned check or online payment.

Sibling Tuition Discount

We offer a sibling tuition discount to Eastside Christian families: Second child discount of $200; Third child, or more, discount of $250 each.

Tuition Includes

Eastside Christian School tuition covers the following additional items for each student:

  • Away and in-house field trips, excluding the 8th grade Washington, D.C. trip

  • Back-to-school event

  • One yearbook per student

  • One spirit wear shirt and one field day shirt per student

Registration Fee

In addition to tuition, enrolling families submit a non-refundable registration fee of 10% of the tuition base rate for each child. In addition to securing guaranteed enrollment, this registration fee covers:

  • Administration fees

  • Classroom supplies - printer paper, wipes, hand sanitizer

  • Curriculum and textbooks

  • Office/classroom supplies for teachers and staff

  • Parent-Teacher Fellowship fee

  • RenWeb / FACTS access

  • School liability insurance covering the student and the school

Registration for current families runs from January 15, 2019 through March 1, 2019 with the registration fee due by April 1, 2019. For registrations of current families received after March 1, 2019, the registration fee for each child increases to 10% of the tuition base rate plus $250.

Important Dates

  • January 15, 2019: Registration opens for currently enrolled families.

  • March 1, 2019: Priority registration ends. The registration fee for each returning student increases to 10% of the tuition base rate plus $250.

  • March 8, 2019: Notification of admission decisions will be made by this date. All completed applications received after March 8, 2019 will be considered on a rolling-basis and as space permits.

  • April 1, 2019: Registration fees are due.

  • July 1, 2019: Tuition payment due in full for Base Rate, and 50% tuition payment due for Two-Payment Plan.

  • January 1, 2020: Balance of tuition due for Two-Payment Plan.

  • August 1, 2019 - May 1, 2020: Monthly tuition payments due the first day of the month for the 10-Month Payment Plan.

Additional Costs

  • Supplies: School supply lists are provided before each school year.

  • Uniforms: Options to purchase new and gently used uniforms are available.

  • School Lunch: Available daily. Freshly prepared in-house and will be billed to the family’s ECS account.

  • Middle School Musical Theater: Based on individual student participation.

  • Middle School Athletic Fees: Based on individual student participation.

Tuition payments must be current at the end of each nine-week grading period for students to remain on the class roll. Upon withdrawal or dismissal, tuition through the current month, plus a fee of 10% of the chosen tuition payment plan, per student is required. Accounts must be current before transcripts/records will be forwarded. Discount for payment in full is forfeited upon withdrawal.

We value the opportunity to train and develop each student who walks our halls, and our desire is to enable families, regardless of their financial capacity, to be able to experience Eastside Christian. As we go through the application process, we focus primarily on a family’s alignment with our mission and our ability to facilitate the success of their student(s). Upon deciding that Eastside Christian School is a good fit, we work with families to determine needs-based support.

Tuition assistance and scholarships are available through the Georgia GOAL program. These scholarships are made available for a variety of needs and are open during our annual application process.
