Applications for the 2018-2019 school year received on or before March 1, 2019 will be considered for priority admission and class placement. Notification of admission decisions will be made by March 8, 2019. All completed applications received after March 8, 2019 will be considered on a rolling-basis and as space permits.
Step 1: Submit Your Online Application
In order to begin the application process, please submit the Online Application and $100 non-refundable, non-transferable application fee. New users will be prompted to create an account during the application process. After completing the online application, you will receive an email confirmation.
Georgia law requires that kindergarten students be five years of age on or before September 1st and first grade students be six years of age on or before September 1st.
Step 2: Document Submittal
Please submit the applicant’s immunization records (Georgia form 3231) and birth certificate. You may upload a scanned copy of these items in the online application or bring hard copies to the school office.
Step 3: Teacher Evaluation Form
We also request a prior teacher evaluation of the incoming student. Please complete the Teacher Evaluation Form in the Online Application, or download the printable form and submit it to your child’s current school.
Step 4: Request for School Records
In addition to the teacher evaluation, please complete the Request for Records available in the online application. You can download the printable form and submit it to your child’s current school.
Step 5: Student Academic Assessment
Once steps one through four are complete, we will contact you to schedule a Student Academic Assessment.
Completed online applications, including the academic assessment, will be submitted to the Admission Committee for review. We make every effort to accept students whom we feel will be successful in our learning environment.
Step 6: Parent Interview
Upon review of the completed application materials and the determination that we can serve your child with excellence, we will contact you to schedule a parent interview with our Head of School. At the conclusion of this interview, you will be informed of the admission decision regarding acceptance, grade placement, and enrollment.
